The only one that isn't canon is the Petel one that required a n extra loop in arc 3 to exist.
In my whole life I've never seen an author as meticulous and mind blowing in detail as Nagatsuki Tappei (Re: Zero). The only other author that compares is Oda (One Piece).
Re: Zero arc 5 is probably the best written arc I've ever witnessed. Enjoyment-wise it's 2nd to Marineford
