fact, the original design of the stalkers took inspiration from dooms cacodemons, they were little purple balls with a single eye, horns, and a jetpack. Later on however their design was slightly altered, taking more inspiration from Marathon's Compiler enemy type.

I´ve played Viscerafest and it´s awesome. Visuals are nice and colorful, soundtrack is catchy and retro, combat is really fun and Caroline is really fun character. At times platforming can be a bit hard to control and I don´t like that there aren´t any quicksaves or checkpoints.

Dumb fact number 6, the ratakthul featured in the opening cutscene is an outdated *male* version of the enemy type that used to spit acid. Now its a female with a grenade launcher.

So because people keep bringing this up I felt it worth noting, Carolines messed up face in is just a flesh wound, nothing fancy about it, she got it when she was very young, and when you see her face with both sides fine in the cutscene its just a holographic mask.
