I setup SD and figured i`d see how it actually works.
I can see where the hype comes from, its instant gratification, most of the creativity comes from the AI itself and the moment you add an artists name it goes from ugly to amazing. Theres weirdness but that will be gone soon..

I still generally prefer my ol' clip-guided in it's weirdness, nice textures, and congruent styles (DD is the only program i've seen where base diffusion model can mix styles with pixelart). But using a combination of the two an feeding SD -> DD/MRD is an unstoppable combo.

The others have weird names that make sense! Alfie (left) is a nickname/chosen name and Ninakfar (right) is not human (or whatever the furry equivalent of human is).

The name Alfie is also only weird since they're AFAB. But being nonbinary probably negates that weirdness.
