Been playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again for a while now, it's an entirely different beast♥. XC2 fans or players coming from XC2 will perhaps enjoy XC1, but might not love it as much as XC2 or vice versa.
For me, it's like:
XC1=1 Gourmet Dish
XC2=Buffet/Feast

not gonna lie, most of the official XC1 art is super bland due to the whole using renders of models and no lead character designer thing but whenever an artist got to do official art not based on the models it was always amazing
