I always love looking at animation cels. They’re so clear. As an 80s kid I’m used to VHS, but even Blu-ray can’t quite capture the pristinity of a cel.

Animation cels (Tracey Ullman era) from THE SIMPSONS. I always love how ugly they were then. The characters were going off-model so often it was as if they were living inside a distorting mirror.
