The continuity/lore in DC books has progressed to a point that this doesn’t read like Morrison addressing the reader but an organic standpoint for Supes to take.

Just noticed a small part of Halo continuity in that Season 1 trailer for Halo Infinite. No visible Houses of Parliament.

As told in Halo: Saint's Testimony, by the 22nd Century they were heavily damaged, and was "partially" restored by the 25th century.
