Day 31: Blopper
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land Extra Game replacing Cappy, it's a blob that initially disguises itself as a cupcake. Extra Game enemies normally re-appeared in Kirby Super Star Ultra, but Cappy's were replaced with Poison Mash in this game instead of Blopper.

Day 29: Maiga
An enemy from Kirby: Squeak Squad. It's a small green slime that sticks to Kirby's face when he attempts to inhale it. It's a pretty common enemy in the game appearing in all worlds of the game at some point. It also appeared as a Keychain in Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

Day 28: Dizzy
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land, they're exclusively found in Bubbly Clouds tumbling through the air. They're replaced by an enemy called Benny in Extra Game and never appeared in the series after Dream Land.

Day 27: Mr. P. Umpkin
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land Extra Game it replaces Two Face in Castle Lololo and is functionally the same as such, springing to life when Kirby comes close and chasing him afterwards. Mr. P. Umpkin also appeared in Kirby's Dream Course as a flying enemy

Day 25: Keeby
The second player character in Kirby's Dream Course. He's identical to Kirby in every way except color, being yellow with orange shoes a color originally proposed by Shigeru Miyamoto for Kirby. He's not to be confused with Yellow Kirby, which is a separate character

Day 22: Booler
An enemy that appeared in early Kirby Games like Kirby's Dream Land, Pinball Land (known as Bumpin' Boo here), Block Ball and Tilt n' Tumble.
In Pinball Land's Super Gameboy Palette and the instruction manual for Block Ball they appear with a lavender color scheme.

Day 21: Gemra
An enemy from Kirby's Return to Dream Land, it attacks similarly to Waddle Doo unleashing a beam whip from it's crystal ball. Different from Waddle Doos however is their ability to float in place. It is first encountered in White Wafers.

Day 20: Peloo
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land 3. It's a face with a large tongue. Peloo is invisible at first and only appears if Kirby is close by, to attack it waits for Kirby to walk under it and then lashes out it's large tongue to grab him, chewing him and dealing damage.

Day 18: Maw
Enemies from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. They're usually found in cloudy areas, attacking when Kirby gets close. They heavily resemble Pacto, enemies introduced in Kirby's Dream Land 3, which attack the same way.
