I mean. That really wouldn't make much sense. Canine/animalistic skulls and humanoid skulls have vastly different proportions. And even if this is a cartoon, there would be a big difference between a human skull with a human nose and a canine skull that got its snout chopped off.

PLUS even if King doesn't look like his dad, if we assume Titans need a mate reproduce, King could just take after his *other* parent. And even discounting that the Titan is humanoid and King is canine, they do have similar horn shapes.

Titans are obviously a *very* diverse race. With tons of different features; Bat wings, feathered wings, no wings, downward/upward pointed noses, canine, humanoid, some possibly having *shells* if we assume these houses are entirely made from Titan bones.
