Then vs. Now (digital drawing)

We are somehow proud of the improvements we did after years of practicing even though we are always on hiatus.

Never stop improving yourself. Never be discouraged.

You know how I feel about what you do, and I'm so damn happy that you weren't discouraged by how some people reacted. I love what you do and your work is so damn cute! Here is Dee, and I'd adore seeing her brought to life by you. Take care and keep up the great work!

Here's my first Corrin drawing next to my most recent one. I hope this helps inspire someone to not get discouraged if they feel their art isn't improving. In my opinion tt always will improve as long as you love what you're doing and work hard.

❦When we feel at our most vulnerable or discouraged, recognize it as a signal—a call to defy the odds, to be exceptional, to rouse our own courage and in so doing inspire and lead.

2007 vs 2019 ❤️
Never stop believing in yourself and your progress! Everyone had to start somewhere so don't get discouraged if you can't draw something as well as you would like to. Practice makes perfect, you CAN do it! 💪

All art has to start somewhere so Don’t worry about getting your first layers just right and never be discouraged because you can just keep working on it until your happy! Thats the beauty of Oils! This pic is my second layer, thats usually when I see the big change in my work 💙

Hi I'm Ellie~! I do original illustrations and lots of fanarts too! (mostly active on my IG: @/ellizsha but I'm slowly starting to grow my twitter🌱💛)

Tip: Don't be discouraged to use references :) It helps with proportioning, coloring, and other stuff, super helpful!

2005 to 2019! I took years off from art because I was discouraged. Drawing almost daily has really helped me love it again

Sometimes I think it's a miracle these scenes ever get finished, hah. I guess I'm posting these to show that scenebuilds don't start out looking all pretty and polished, so you just have to keep at it and don't get discouraged. Keep layering, keep refining lights, keep honing.

This ice cream vendor is learnin' real quick why his boss says not to sample his stock! Belgian Blue dairy is devilishly delicious but all that extra protein have funny effects on the human body. Something tells me he isn't being discouraged by the results though...

Whenever I feel down and have self doubt about my art I like to look at my art 5 years ago vs now. I know I easily get discouraged because I still have so much to learn and so much more to do but it’s always a good reminder that I’m still growing even when it doesn’t feel like it
