Tel'Khan (whose name was pulled from Tilk because STRONG) has a lot of stylistic choices pulled from Neolithic and bronze age European styles! Between the shoulders and FFXIV Au'ra horns for being a halfblood, I custom made all the jewelry myself~

It's a holdover from manga where colour isn't used so the features kind of blend together when colour is added. It just became its own stylistic choice after that.
