So because there were people on facebook who tried to sue me for using premade head base for Felix, here is work in progress of his head base before I added eyebrows and more cheeks, made his lower jaw longer and thinner and made everything nice and smooth :)

I first bent medium gauge wire into a frame that fit my head, with the curl for the horns included as a single piece. Then I wrapped a thinner wire around the curls to give the horns shape and started with the paper mache.
