Just converted a beautiful background featured on Alwa's Legacy to the SMS palette and resolution. Sadly, the tile limit was greatly exceed, but it's still a good exercise :)

Laid down basic textures today. Still needs more tinkering - weathering, some narrow windows up the tower, grass at the base... I'd also like a base tile that can be customized along with the building. Chimney/entryway/tower are optional, and the tower can be built on its own.

Here's some wireframes/texture progress. She's sitting at just under 2400 tris.
The mouth-open-profile texture is probably excessive, but I'm just making it up and experimenting as I go atm. The face uvs pan from 1 tile to the next to animate the facial features
