Also, there was a portal just to Haernhold near the end of the game, part of a DLC that was added in the Director's Cut. I thought, since it's literally in the game cover, that I'd finish it, and it was BRUTAL. 5 mini-bosses + more enemies. Managed to actually beat it 😵‍💫

You know, D&D maps don't always have to be dragon laboratories or a dungeon made out of the body of a dead god, they can be a little island with 6 trees. Why not fight your final bosses here instead of on top of a blood mountain, it could be just as good.
