Evidence! I used his official artwork designs from Emerald (my favorite design of him) and ORAS as references for my sheet and created an in-between mixture of both.

That hair-shaped cap, man. And that's not the only crazy and weird thing about his clothing style.😆

A classic, but... Brendan from Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald actually has black/brownish hair.
Many fans, myself included, assumed for a long time that his hair was white based on his artwork and sprites. But the white shapes were actually just part of his knit cap. 🙃 https://t.co/0QsQ4XHcpR

Can't believe the Sylvia vs. Tom and Artie thing is gonna be a trilogy. Wanted to cap it at Issue 5 but of course my creative ass had to go vastly over page count!

At least it'll be easier to put them into a volume release when time comes.
