My take on Underrated vs. Overrated

Vector is considered underrated to me because I feel like most of the fandom just labels him the loud-mouth. But not the hip detective leader.

Espio? Overrated imo. It's because he's hyped, but he lacks traits outside of the ninja stereotype.
