He falls out of the sky at the start of the game and asks the player for help to get him back to Heaven World.
Later in the game he calls the player to Heaven World to resolve his mothers hiccups

Little Waiter in European versions; the Pausegill is one of three fishes in Rhythm Heaven Fevers Catch of the Day.
Pausegills swiftly nip the bait three times, pause and bite on the next beat.

Day 27: Beat Bag
Another rhythm toy from Rhythm Heaven on DS.
You have to follow a certain beat that plays in the background to hit the bag correctly.
It's the only rhythm toy in the entire franchise to have a demo

Day 25: Electric Fish
Enemies in Rhythm Tengokus Night Walk 2.
Sprites for them also appear in Megamix but their in-game cues weren't programmed.
The Electric Fish actually first appeared on the Play-Yan media device in a downloadable minigame called "Jump"

Day 24: Pajama Girl
A sleepy girl in pajamas. She first appeared in Rhythm Heaven Megamix in the game Pajama Party where she's having a pajama party with a group of monkeys.
Pajama Party also appeared in the Left-Hand Remix

Wizard is a character that only appeared in Rhythm Tengoku, he grows flowers for his sad daughter in the game Mahou Tsukai to cheer her up
His magic doesn't always work however because he accidentally summons plant-eating monsters sometimes.

Day 22: Slot Monster
The Slot Monster is an unlockable rhythm toy in Rhythm Heaven DS. It's a slot machine with a rhythm matching mechanic and a cute monster buddy.
The Slot Monster only appeared on DS and we never see the character anywhere else.
