Finally got around to it. These are the Galactic Monks Robes for the "Outer" Planets. They have silver accents lining compared to the "inner" planets. They consist of Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn.

He's of the Dwarf Star breed and tags around with the main female of the cast. Usally hidden in her robes somewhere.
