Definitely Moriah! Her magical imbalances make it so she heals slower than most half-dragons, but her strength exceeds the norm, too. I guess near Dante DMC levels, but slower/no teleporting.

Her Dragon Exceed would be in line with SDT Dante tho in most aspects!
