this is the one that is associated with the mortals. on the left side we have the symbol for mora and boats as liyue is a financial hub and trading port. on the right is a silk flower and weapons, i assume as primary exports and products. mortal liyue characters use this one

Well, I got this working at least! I still don't know how to free transform with clip studio twin animation other than growing, shrinking, and rotating. Also I dont know why there's a background nor how to export the gif w/o a background ( There was no background when I exported)

I would believe it if it was done in another software that wasn't photoshop though, like for example, I did this animated wtd panel with flash, because if you take off the smooth option off while exporting it as a gif, the lines becomes pixel-like. So it's always nice having that
