Happy Today, I finished this painting which was inspired by a dog I met recently. At one point, he laid in a rain puddle. I felt it was only right I painted this using rain. I’m not sure if he belonged to anyone, but I couldn’t let our encounter go to waste

Like add something to his existing passive or upgrade his W to be 200 yrs like:

- if you tap W it's adhesive
- holding it cycles through adhesive, pyro, toxic potions.
- Pyro, puddle of Fire.
- Toxic, Increase Q duration & Size Radius

I like Water Element. She's essentially a sentient puddle of water who chooses to look like this and hold wine.

For reasons I'm not sure there's a canonical reason for. This design for her is an excuse to draw a pretty lady in a bunny suit.
