Let's say your job is to select all of the red blocks and change them to yellow. It's all one layer and needs to stay that way.

How would you do it in ?

I'm trying to tell you we need to be able to select and fill/change all the red with one click.

One of the big issues is how janko colors skin. They use a lot of very saturated and yellow tones in a lot of their skintones when they draw asians. You can chalk it up to warm lighting but even then there’s really no explanation for why the skin is so excessively yellow.
