i recently discovered this oddity from early CCG history:

It was swag given away at a Dutch games con—Spellenspektakel—in '95. It contained a mix of cards from games like MTG, Rage & SimCity

It even has unique CCG-themed boxart from legendary artists Mark Poole & Susan Van Camp
