Unity's 2D Animation package is awesome for this.

Used it to rig and animate all the creatures. Also the majority of sprites (incl this one) were just the painting straight up without limbs etc separated. Made the process really efficient.

Idk, for kits I give small limbs and big ol eyes of an anime chibis, for apprentices - just smaller adults with big eyes. For warriors - adults with smaller eyes, medium limbs, medium body. And elders - lots of wrinkles on the muzzle

I think she moves quick, but doesn't seing her arms, she lets them flow behind her or to her sides
She's more on the quick and agile side and when she stops, her arms swing forward.

As they get older into apprentice age, their head gets less round, and their legs get longer and more gangly. They look like adult cats, but less “filled in” - kind of lanky and awkward, like a teenager that hasn’t grown into their long limbs yet.
