Reptilicus was a 1961 Danish kaiju movie, centering around a prehistoric reptile re-grown from a tail fragment (Movie poster and original suit both shown below).

Only Meganium is DEFINITELY based on prehistoric animals. Chesnaught and Sceptile probably are. And the rest probably are not. Bulbasaur has been confirmed to be based on a frog.
