I'd forgotten about illustrator, RENATO CASARO. He did a lot of movie posters that I probably and wrongly attributed to other artists.
From Rambo, Flash Gordon, to Conan the Barbarian...he's done some pure icons.

My favorites are his westerns.

So, in 's Fire Red Nuzlocke, Weedle can use Flamethrower, Cyndaquil was Moltres, and Chikorita was holding a Thick Club. And then I drew them. Where Weedle's Rambo, Cyndaquil has an adorable onesie, and Chikorita's... there, like usual. But it looks cute!
