procrastinate work on location arts by playing Ghost of Tsushima and drawing preparatory sprites for crocodile animations. It'n not animation, but such sprites for hard textured characters may be handy (after adaptation) as source for some frames in action animations.

3D map assets have been textured! One of the things we noticed about certain similar games is that their map is static so it feels ‘dead’. We are going to try to make it animated and move with the characters so it feels more alive.
