YEEA i've definitely seen that cropping close to the char can make a piece,,
hm but i try that, and sometimes it just looks wonky? this is the edited and cropped version of one of the ones above, and idk how to fill the empty space/make it not look... wack 😭😂

i see what you mean!! for me i try cropping the canvas as close to the character as possible, if it's a character centered piece. i also think it might have something to do with the poses! dynamic poses usually take up a good chunk of space
