It's a WW2 game where you fly a Japanese plane and fight Americans.
I could see why this wasn't released in America only 40 years after the end of the war, but I do find this to be an interesting perspective.

just saw Nintendo Indie World stream and i can't believe that Konami is revive this old Getsu Fuma Den from famicom as next nintendo switch title called Getsu Fuma Den: Undying Moon. The gameplay was pretty similar to the Genpei Toma Den (Samurai Ghost).
