OMG I actually really like how this came out! I took the original sprite from the PSP version of FF4 and upscaled it. I have no idea how I would shade it, but I love how clean it looks!

Incomplete Hugo sprites in SFIII: New Generation. He was all but finished, but considering how long it took to get 3 to arcades, they held him back for 2nd Impact. 2I came out only seven months later. His stage was complete too - I'll post an upscaled version of that later today.

One of the ways they saved on cartridge space in Rayman Advance was to have some sprites be saved as half the size and then upscaled in-game. It's only used in some places, and makes some sprites look more pixelated than others.
