Just finished Metroid Prime 2 Echoes.
Absolutely loved the game!

The light and dark beam mechanic was great. The bosses are much better than Prime's bosses. However, the world felt less creative, and the keys felt like padding.

Still fun as hell tho, would recommend

Here she is in battle. changed the animation a bit and added the last filter for more sketchy goodness. Lot's more bosses to go since they all fight in teams mostly lol. I like how this came out tho.

so I decided to redo the boss sprites to look more intimidating. I was thinking something like Octopath where the bosses are pretty huge lol. Here's Triple M, aka Mary Mars McQueen. Might redo the animation, but this is the general idea.

Thanks, I think the appeal of MGS bosses is completed by characters with strong personalities and backgrounds, voiced by great actors.

This is also why I feel that the Portable Ops bosses (FOX units) are better than the MGS4~MGSV:TPP bosses.

It is very disappointing that the appeal of the bosses in the main storyline has lessened since MGS3.

In MGS1 and MGS2, you can feel they are alive by the bosses themselves telling their tragic past, but I did not feel that after MGS4.

Well...I did it. I finished Klonoa 1 & 2 again. Once again reminded me of how amazing this series was. Great music, great puzzles, great bosses, FANTASTIC climax, I really don't want to see this series fade out as nothing more than a memory once again! 😥
