Faes play a great role in celtic mythology, but I've decided to switch the whole traditional fairy design - instead of them being little thin women with butterfly wings I see them more as little hamster-like creatures with fluffy manes (these are moss faes!)

So then I decided to change the fur color to something that would match the colors of the mane: a dark chocolate brown. It fits pretty well. My OC’s manestyle was originally close to Fluttershy’s, except one part of the mane was shorter than the other, the fringe on the one side.
