Spent the afternoon rigging & UV mapping my kobold avatar for stuff like VR Chat. I didn't use Mixamo, I did it all by hand and the results are much better. The joints hold the shape much more and everything's just cleaner.

The other detail shots, and how the base drawing tends to look for all of these before the shading. Just mapping out the spots, but I really liked the look it created in the first few images. It doesn't work so well with super soft looking characters like the dark girl.

I actually did the main head sculpt today. Detailing the neck and chest as well as the lips and eyelashes. All the normal mapping is there and it's looking gud.

after some tinkering, i was able to run it on my PC (98-ME compatibility mode), seems like Ninja Ripper works well as well!
... The issue, tho is, well, the UV mapping didn't seem to like that very much lmao
