Last year I had the pleasure of working with my friend/riding instructor Hannah Knaebel on a project to show how some saddle tree designs hinder a horse’s natural movement. Improving animal equipment is a huge interest of mine and I was so happy to do this.

Thanks Joshua! ✨ Ah yes I can see that in the slice for this model as well -- I think you're right, and maybe the extra gaps (circled) are probably a side effect of how fast the nozzle is moving when laying down material across the saddle point gap. 🤷🏻‍♀️🌈

Believe it or not, this horse's lack of eyes may not limit athletic performance. Many blind horses do well under saddle. However, the missing right hindlimb will severely limit potential for soundness even as a companion. Discuss euthanasia with vet. -20/10
