this took so many iterations to figure out but finally i was able to nail a painting with every aspect of it working as a symbol towards the expression of her character. tough fun is what i felt working on this.

I have been trying to finish them for the past two weeks, but time has been sparse. Introducing my Dune OC because I'm a nerd who started reading the books and fell head over heels for (mostly) every aspect.
Once you start monetizing your art the danger is that you stop making art and just make product. The balancing act is tough indeed. If you are interested in making living you can't just totally not care about that aspect, but you can't let it guide you and consume you completely
