The vested one (Hermes armor) would be more futuristic, using compact magitech in a way to focus more on boosting Bolt's agility by using particle vents on his chestplate's back and fore-leg armor to jet around, the back one even being able to amplify the output on his wings.

Cool! I sketched out that section a little more but if you want to go a different direction I'd be curious to see where you took it. The bolt is basically a flywheel and the awkward part would have a dustcover over it that's like two cylinders intersecting.

in older art, i drew her with a little lightning bolt thing on her face to represent the toll her magic was taking on her, and had it turn into a crack when she became a ghost to like, represent the loss of that power... but i think i like it better if its a crack from the start.
