Protector🐲

A dragon completely void of colour was the protector of all dragons and roamed much higher than the eye could see. He had sacrificed his colours many years ago & split into 7 smaller creatures.

if you set the layer to multiply or overlay (multiply is stronger than overlay in this case) then it will affect all colours individually - just use a clipping layer to keep it neat. You can also adjust the strength as required for whatever. Layering it with red can work too.
