While I still have much to learn I feel like this year I made a major push in regards to improving my coloring. It’s a process I’ve grown to actually enjoy instead of see as just busy work.

Yuzusoft's artistic evolution is just great, the quality of the art just keeps improving overtime without losing its original charm. The company really landed on a gold mine with the Kobuichi and Muririn duo.

This took years of improvement but the first picture is 2017 the second picture is 2018 and the third picture is now 2022 I'm sorry but I refuse to stop improving.

Honestly start with what you're interested in! For me, the key to improving was to draw things I like, but also as fundamental studies. For example, i wanted to study lighting, so I made this drawing! Also, please don't get discouraged 🥲 it takes time ^^

My face game is improving. And by improving I mean now it's starting to look like everyone else's art lol

When you start to figure it out it starts to all look the same.

context: I've been working a lot on improving my art so I can make higher quality pieces in general. I'd never had the chance to spend this much time on a piece before...
I didn't realize how far my art has come in such a short amount of time

10 years between drawings. I have to look back every time I feel I'm not improving.

I agree with you, I have always felt that I didn't improve in art or that it became worse overtime.
But the thing is even if we don't realize it we are improving
I could only notice that when I redrew an old drawing and compared my progress to 2 years ago
