This is my new least favourite Pokémon and it is not even close, it is an utterly ugly design with zero redeeming traits, there is nothing appealing about it in any way at all, and as we'll see, it is probably the reason the horses are so plain.

Given that it's probably based on a flower stick and with a horse to ride I think the height is not the issue. It looks off mainly because the entire lower half looks plain. Like Inteleon~thin legs can look more curved or add details to make the silhouette look good.
