Here’s the concept thingy for the Pokepasta: Lab Rat. Lab Rat is basically Ash’s Pikachu if Team Rocket were have to capture it for longer and if Giovanni had no regard for Pokémon life. Basically they used the Pikachu to run psychological tests. I’m still coming up with the lore
