Something I'm really happy about is that Anne's dad is gonna be in S3. I was really hoping they wouldn't do the single parent trope which almost every cartoon seems to do. I'm glad they're not and from what little we've seen, he seems like he'll be super cool too :P

It was a me thing i guess, lots of shading/lighting can affect the scene as seen, esp from the comic which are way more detailed. But i admit comparison with the other animated versions, she does have much lighter skin in DCSHG. It's just best to compare animated to animated.

I love Spinel from Steven universe, she doesn’t explicitly have BPD but I can recognize my symptoms. The intense fear of abandonment leading to unrational actions, etc. Considering she doesn’t get k*lled is one of the kinder portrayals of BPD I’ve seen, but it’s not saying much
