We've now updated the trees so that they're picked randomly from a pool of sprites. We made some basic sprites just to prove the concept but we kinda like them a lot! Fear not, the OG pine tree will return in another biome🌲

And, like any Palace title, the presentation is immaculate. The whimsical credits screen, the sleeping witch, the huge chain-suspended trap-door cover, the monochrome sprites.. It's all just faultless, and makes it a joy to explore the castle. 10/10. Would bounce again. 😁

Nice observation, I think you're right about that actually, good call. I just looked at the whole family's Gold, Silver, and Crystal sprites. There was blue --> green transition from Totodile to Feraligatr in GS, but they were made all blue in Crystal. So I think you called it.

Been trying out new talking sprites for the RPG maker game I touch probably once a month haha.
In the past only the MC had multiple talking sprites. This time I'm having all characters have one face sprite to mimic some older rpg games like Golden Sun and Shining force.
