At level 100: Auto Ignition upgrades to remove all debuffs from Eugen, not just one. After the Auto Ignition duration ends, it also grants CA Reactivate (1 time).

At level 90: Intercept II upgrades and changes to "Detonate Aim" (name not official). Number of Counters increased. Grants Eugen Crit and Keen. No longer consumes CA meter.

Another very clear example. Although there's so many variants, it's hard to say some are direct "upgrades" over others, but they're definitely related. I think Killing Machine -> Overkilling Machine -> Trauminator -> Saggittar have a clear hierarchy, though.
