In #Celtic and #Irish #Mythology, #Badb, also known as #BadbCatha- The #War #Crow was a #goddess of war who would #fly around the #Battlefield in the form of a #crow or #raven to pick out the #Warriors destined to #die. In some #myths, she was 1 of 3 parts of the #Morrigan.
One of the most fragrant plants in the Spring, the Lily of the valley was also known as ‘fairy bells’ in Celtic cultures. This came from the belief that this flower would ring like a bell, but only fairies could hear them.

My PhD was also about history & the many years I spent examining Celtic art & Early Medieval culture are clear in my approach to iconography & composition.

Arduinna is a Celtic goddess who was worshipped in the Ardennes Forest. She was a huntress who rode a wild boar and is often associated with the Roman goddess Diana. Unfortunately Arduinna's only statue was demolished in the 6th century.🏹🐗

@rosariahotmilf Our icon is based off the Triquetra, as an upside-down Celtic Trinity Knot. a symbol consistently seen across the world's ruins, domains, and on Paimon's chest. Celtic Knots symbolize a three-part journey of the soul: awareness beyond the material plane, awakening, and ascension.
