Personally, I find Vaggie the easiest to draw.

The only trouble I had with her was the coloring.
But that was only because I wasn't used to the filter, that adds the grainy effect, back then

the easiest and fastest way to color your character, just to use a different layer with mid-yellow gray + flat color and gradient map.
It's pretty fast and easy to change color.
