I drew this nearly 5 years ago, after candidate Trump proposed a Muslim ban and stoked violence at rallies. Since then my depictions of his hands have gotten smaller, his tie longer and his likeness more scathing. But my assessment of the man remains the same. We saw this coming.

The creative process that went into my latest drawing. When I draw in this style, especially when I'm trying to capture the likeness of a real person ,I tend to use photo reference to get the main pose and facial features down in pencil. I then apply line, color and shading.
