Too often, shonen anime take the easy, boring route. The genre is plagued with victory through the power of friendship, main characters that don't undergo any serious growth or character challenges, & villains with pitiful characterization.

Saul Unglukk, the Mimic Slayer. He looks like a total brooding badass, but contrary to appearance, he's actually plagued by anxiety 24/7. His abysmal luck ends up leaving him with mimic problems wherever he goes. Fun.

Some think he's a mimic too, but this is just speculation.
