I beat Celeste tonight. My heart is so full. If anyone ever asks me to describe Anxiety and Depression I'm going to ask them to play this game. It's such an accurate metaphor for my real life experiences with those disorders.

I've also have never been open about what turned out to be an eating disorder, how much weight I gained through the pandemic, or how dark your mind goes when you are in pain. I didn't know "restlessness" was not anxiety but internalized hyperactivity.

i got diagnosed with non-24hr sleep-wake disorder few months ago. ive been charting my sleep and recently got a sensor to continuously measure my core body temp. the sensor has been helping me understand my sleep a bit better. pink bits are sleep.
