I remember seeing renders like this that were released during the time of early Johto showing a lot more Chikorita love, which makes sense given she was one of Ash's early Johto mons

Megas were broken af but I'd be lyin if I said they weren't awesome to see and use. BDSP was Primetime to bring em back ESPECIALLY with how many clean designs the base mons have.
