Yes, it's a little hard to tell since most preview images are pixelated but compare both images from episode 973 and you'll see they add thicker outlines once the filter is applied.

Heres is mine I cant draw a hand or full body so half body for now but if u want a full body or host u would have to give an outline so I give credit to the person that gave me the outlines exept google ty (more drawings on my pinned)

ok carmine's hair has misassigned palette data in some of his sprites in arcade UNIEL? either that or fpan just decided to not give him colors for his white hair and certain outlines and highlights in the default/testing palette
