You can see where Croydon airfield was she left from btw, from Crystal Palace sphinxes. Here aerial shot of what Palace looked like too at that time before fires destroyed it 1936 . Also Amy Johnson's 1930 Moth, record breaking flight at Croydon, and the remaining building today
